RDMI AI Workforce · Updated 27 September 2026 (v2)
Free learning, with clear expectations.
You can read and practise the public lessons without creating an account. Guest answers, worksheet text and completion state stay in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync. Other people using the same browser profile may see them. Reset a lesson or clear site storage to remove guest work, and download a copy before clearing it.
A free account is for learners aged 18 or over. Signup asks you to confirm this; learners under 18 can use every public lesson as a guest without giving us any personal data. A free account lets you save work across devices, manage your profile and submit projects for review. Guest work is kept separate and is not automatically copied into your account. Use fictional information in all exercises, and never include passwords, identity documents, financial records or another person’s private data.
Signup collects your name, a mobile number or email address, and your agreement to these terms. We verify the contact using a one-time code. Mobile verification is for Indian numbers and uses Twilio Verify. Email codes use the configured transactional email provider, Resend or Mailgun. The selected provider receives the contact and verification message to deliver and check it. We do not ask you to create a password.
Requesting a code authorizes that verification message. It does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Verification records expire after ten minutes; database expiry cleanup may take a little longer. Rate-limit records use hashed network or recipient identifiers and expire automatically. Keep access to your verified contact secure and add a second verified contact in your profile for recovery.
An essential, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to fourteen days. You can sign out on this device or revoke every session from your profile. Adding a recovery contact and deleting an account require a recent OTP sign-in.
Practical labs and projects store your evidence URL, chosen role and review rubric. RDMI reviewers can open these links to inspect your deliverables. Evidence links are not automatically included in public portfolios. Remove private data and credentials, and check the sharing settings of the external service hosting your work.
Account profiles, enrollments, saved lesson drafts, knowledge-check answers, completion records and project submissions are stored in the academy’s dedicated MongoDB database. Optional profile fields are city, learning goal, biography and preferred lesson language. Saved account work is scoped to your account. An authorized RDMI mentor or administrator can read submitted projects, record feedback and manage course content and live-session schedules.
When you claim a level certificate, we store your name as it appears on your profile, the level, the paths it covers, the issue date and a random verification code. Anyone with the code or link can view that certificate page, which shows your name, level and issue date. Share the link only where you want it seen. Deleting your account removes your certificates and their verification pages.
Live-session joining links are shown to signed-in learners. The meeting service used for a session has its own privacy terms.
Level tests store your best score, the number of attempts and whether you passed. If you switch on your public portfolio, anyone with its link can see your name, your learning goal, your certificates and your mentor-approved projects; switch it off at any time in Profile & security.
Mentors may use AI drafting when reviewing a project. The project title and text, together with the path’s checklist, are then sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to produce a draft that the mentor edits before anything reaches you. Keep personal data out of submissions. If a verified email address and an email provider are available, we send transactional emails about project reviews and certificates.
We retain account learning data until you delete the account or request its removal. Your profile includes a JSON export and account deletion. Deletion removes your contacts, profile, saved work, enrollments, submissions, certificates and sessions from the active application database. A minimal disabled-account identifier and administrative audit records may remain for security and accountability. Provider backups and operational logs follow the relevant provider’s retention process; deletion from the active application is not a promise of instant deletion from every backup.
Netlify hosts the website and receives normal web requests, including IP address and browser headers, to deliver and secure it. MongoDB hosts saved account data. The site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. We count page views and a few key actions (for example, brochure downloads and completed lessons) per day as an event name and page path only — no cookies, IP addresses, account identifiers or query strings are stored, and browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted. Lesson videos load from YouTube or Vimeo only after you press play, under those providers’ terms. Service providers may process data outside India. Fonts are self-hosted with the website.
Optional external learning resources have their own privacy terms, account requirements and access limits. Listing one does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Core exercises can be completed without purchasing an external AI tool.
Lessons are introductory, self-assessed exercises. A knowledge check tests the selected answer, not the quality of written work. Project feedback reflects an RDMI mentor’s review; turnaround is not guaranteed. An RDMI Certificate of Completion confirms that a level’s lessons were completed, its projects approved by a mentor and its level test passed. Certificates issued before level tests were introduced remain valid under their original criteria. It is issued by RDMI Tech Ventures and is not an accredited qualification, professional certification, independent evaluation or guarantee of employment. Live sessions are optional and may be rescheduled.
One million AI-skilled Indians is the initiative’s mission, not an achieved learner count. Campaign imagery is illustrative, not evidence of alumni or employment outcomes.
You may use published lessons and worksheets for your own learning and informal learning circles with attribution to RDMI AI Workforce. Do not misrepresent them as an accredited program or claim a review that has not occurred. Follow any external tool’s age requirements and terms. Check AI-generated output before using it and keep private information out of public tools.
